Peggy’s Cove: Light House & Ocean

These pictures were taken at Peggy’s Cove, located in Nova Scotia on the east coast of Canada. Beyond this point is the beautiful Atlantic Ocean, gleaming under the sunlight. The scene is stunning, with a high lighting ratio and textured rocks. I was able to capture some great shots. In my editing process, I kept the colour theme consistent throughout, reducing the contrast between colours and giving a clean and light theme. It was somewhat difficult to get the sunlight right, especially in the second image. I had to adjust the shadows and highlights extensively to get the sunlight to the right amount. In the end. I am really proud of how these images turned out.
